I saw a one-hour teeth whitening kit at the grocery store and was wondering if it worked well. It was around $ 30-$ 50. It uses a light and you use it only one time for an hour. I don’t remember what it was called but I was wondering if this would work well. If anyone knows of any other good at home teeth whitening kits, let me know. Thanks!

I used to use the Crest Whitening strips and that really worked!! You should try that before the light thing, because it’s not as harsh I think. My teeth were very white for a long time. I have to use it again…now that you asked.

I have braces right now but i am getting them off soon so I’m looking for teeth whitening dentist ideas…I want to have really white teeth when i get them off. Also I have crest whitestrips…do they work? Or are there any teeth whitening dentist items I can use for white teeth?

Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. 
The crest whitening strips work pretty good. I notice a difference the first few times I used it, but the more I used them though the less difference I saw.
As far as the whitening tooth paste and mouth washes, they don’t seem to do anything at all.
What worked the best for me was this mail order stuff from teethwhiten.com, it worked really quickly. They had a free sample offer so you can try it out and see how it works for yourself.

They do work but, you gotta follow the instructions to a t. If you don’t it can cause BAD sensitivity issues for ya.
My dentist recommends the Crest one. Your dentist also will have the Crest strips that are stronger and not sold in the stores. Another option in case you weren’t aware of that.
