No, you will do damage to teeth enamel. Hydrogen peroxide is not good for your teeth, it will make it more sensitive.

ive heard of it. but i also heard baking soda works allot better when you mix it with tooth paste and also with mouth wash.
you can also buy tooth paste and mouth wash with it already in it.

Just get the toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide. Don’t try to use the bottled stuff on your teeth, you will damage your gums. As to how long it’ll take, usually it’s a matter of weeks so don’t expect an immediate change. Just brush, and floss regularly and over time they’ll brighten up. If you smoke, consider quitting.

Ive been using it for a couple of months and my teeth are already whiter,I use it like a mouth wash except I keep it in mt mouth for about five minutes,spit it out and do it again.Its the cheapest and fastest way to whiten teeth.

Hey,
Ive recently started doing this each night before i go to bed;
Mixing up some baking powder with some hydrogen peroxide, brushing visible teeth with it, then rinsing throroughly and then brushing with a different toothbrush and with regular tooth paste.
Has anyone tried this? If so how long will it take to notice a difference?
