i don’t want to get my teeth whitened at the dentist because i’m not sure that’s safe. my teeth aren’t really straight and i think you have to have straight teeth to use whitening strips. i want to get white teeth straight away because i’m tired of having them look a yellowish color although i brush my teeth twice a day everyday w/ whitening toothpaste. help! also, how can you whiten your teeth w/ braces?

You need:
1 ripe strawberry
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions: Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. Rinse. (A little floss will help get rid of any strawberry seeds.) Carrel says you can apply once a week.

I think you should not go for anyof these with out prescription.Get to a doctor that will help you a lot.

Crest white strips. They are like 30 dollars, comes with 28 strips and they are super easy to use.

I’ve heard that those white strips work very well, however they’re not going to give you instant results. It takes several weeks to see results.

I’ve actually had my teeth zoom whitened at the dentist. It cost about $ 300 but well worth it. I also have used other whiteners. So If you want to go a cheaper route try any brand whitening strips. They are easy and work well.

i would go with proffesional whitening if you really care
